He kept me informed throughout every step of the inspection and was happy to have me present to explain each step. I had a wood burning stove fitted last year by a company recommended by Patrick so I knew it would be well installed. Patrick had me on his list and revently sent a text reminder to get it swept. On the arranged day he rang to say he was held up on a job and felt he could not leave that customer in the lurch and could we reschedule for that evening. I suggested the same time next day and on the button he was there. He covered the floor brought, in his equipment and showed me the newest gadget to his arsenal. A clear plastic screen held in place simply with magnets. He had all the right equipment including a nifty specialist flue brush attached to a drill for stove access. Zero mess, zero odour, zero disruption, zero hassle. In an out in under an hour. Everything checked and ready to go. Brilliant job I have to say.

Patrick recently cleaned my chimney and did such a professional job. He was clean and thorough and very friendly. He gave very good advice as to what fuel you should be burning and on stoves too. I will certainly be getting Patrick to clean my chimney again .
